These Terms & Conditions apply to the “3 Weeks Free” pre-launch offer for Kingston Gym + Swim.

1. Eligibility

- Offer is available to individuals who register their interest before the official launch date.

- Offer is limited to the first 100 to apply. 

- Must be 16 years or older.

- One free trial per person.

- Not transferable.

 

2. Required Information

To redeem the offer, you must provide the following at registration:

- Full name

- Email address

- Mobile number

- Postcode

 

By providing these details, you agree that Kingston Gym + Swim may contact you in line with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

3. What the Offer Includes

- 21 consecutive days of access to the facility (starting from a date to be specified) (access may be limited to certain areas).

- Access during standard staffed hours only.

- Class access may be limited depending on scheduling and capacity.

 

4. Registration Requirements

- A standard safety waiver must be completed before your first visit.

- No payment details are required to redeem the offer.

- Photo ID may be requested on entry.

 

5. Usage Conditions

- All visitors must follow staff instructions, safety rules and facility policies.

- Access may be limited during peak periods or special events.

- The offer cannot be paused, extended, or exchanged for credit.

 

6. Fair Use

- This trial is intended for genuine local residents considering membership.

- Kingston Gym + Swim may revoke access if misuse or unsafe behaviour occurs.

 

7. Changes to This Offer

- Kingston Gym + Swim may update or withdraw the offer at any time prior to launch.

- Changes will not affect anyone who has already activated their free trial.
